By ordering a reading from Nine Numerology LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating as NINE (“NINE”), you agree to the following terms.

Nature of our services

NINE provides personal numerology readings for reflection and entertainment purposes. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as such. Any decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility.

Ordering and delivery

Readings are ordered and paid for through ninenumerology.com. Each report is prepared by hand and delivered by email, typically within 48 hours of ordering. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally run longer.

Follow-up questions

Each reading includes up to three follow-up questions, submitted by replying to the email your report was delivered in.

Payment

Prices are listed in USD on the Services page at the time of ordering. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing an order, you authorize NINE to charge the listed price for the reading(s) selected.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Your reading is prepared for your personal, non-commercial use. It may not be resold, redistributed, or published without our permission. The underlying numerology system, methodology, and report formats remain the property of NINE.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NINE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a reading or this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
