Before we start preparing your report

If you cancel your order before we’ve begun preparing your reading, you’ll receive a full refund. If you’d like to cancel, reach out through our Contact page as soon as possible after ordering.

Once preparation has started

Because every reading is personally calculated and written by hand for you, we’re not able to offer refunds once preparation has begun.

After delivery

As a personalized digital product, completed readings are not eligible for refund once delivered. If something went wrong with your order — a technical issue, a payment error, or a mix-up with the wrong reading type — contact us through our Contact page, and we’ll make it right.
